Item 1. The Council has been presented a copy of the 2019 Legislative
Audit Report. Each member must acknowledge that they have
received this report. Need to do Roll Call.

Item 1. Consideration of a Resolution of the City Council of Russellville, Arkansas
Certifying Local Government Endorsement of Arkansas Bioenergy, LLC to
Participate in the Tax Back Program (as authorized by A.C.A. §15-4-
2706(d) of the Consolidation Incentive Act of 2003) and for Other
Purposes.
Item 2. Consideration of a Resolution to Establish a Petty Cash Fund System for
Certain Offices and Departments Within the City of Russellville, Arkansas
and for Other Purposes.
Item 3. Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the Finance Director to Close
Certain Accounts with Centennial Bank due to Inactivity, no Longer
Necessary and Having a Zero Balance and for Other Purposes.
Item 4. Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor, the City Clerk
Treasurer and the Director of Parks and Recreation to Apply for a 50/50
Matching Grant With the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism for
the City of Russellville Department of Parkas and Recreation to be Used
to Build a Playground at Sequoyah Park and for Other Purposes. Terry

of $70,715.23 to be used for the following purposes:

Item 6. Consideration of Reimburse for the Russellville Boys and Girls Club for

claim Certain Banned Breeds of Animals From the Animal Control
Department Under Certain Conditions, Amending Ordinance No. 1671, the

Item 3. Consideration of a Resolution for the Rehabilitation by Agreement
or Removal or Razing of an Unoccupied, Dilapidated Structure;
Restoring the Property to the Arkansas Fire Prevention Code and
City Codes Thereby Protecting the health, Safety and Welfare of
the Public; Providing for Lien on the Property to recover Costs
Associated With Removal of Structure Upon Nonpayment; and for
