Consideration of a Resolution Expressing the Willingness of the City of Russellville to Partner with Arkansas Department of Transpiration for the East 4th Street Railroad Signal Upgrade Railway Highway Crossing Improvement; and Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk Treasurer to Enter Into and Sign the Necessary Documents with the Arkansas Department of Transportation for the Project and for Other Purposes.
