Consideration of approval for the reappointment of Judy Galloway, Betsy McGuire, Beverly Hooten to the Historic District Commission, serving a three year term to end March 2024 and approval for the reappointment of Polly Hardin, Leonel Cantu, and Greg Barborek the Historic District Commission serving a three year term to end March 2025. Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of Russellville, Arkansas and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission for the Installation of an Ada Accessible Fishing Dock at Pleasant View Park on the Community Fishing Pond and Prescribing Other Matters Relating Thereto.
