Item 1. Consideration of Approval for the Reappointment of William F. Smith to a
5-year term as Commissioner for the Russellville Housing Authority.

Item 1. Appropriation.
Appropriated from the General Fund Reserves into The General Fund
the sum of $306,820.50 to be used for the following purposes:
Pass Through Funding from the state of Arkansas to provide a $5,000
stipend for eligible police officers plus the employer paid payroll taxes.

Item 2. Appropriation.
Appropriated from the Reserves of the Street Fund the sum of $5,440.00
to be used for the following purposes:
To fund Public Works Department Overtime Expense through the
remainder of 2022. This need is due to excessive overtime expended
during the March Snow Events the April Russ Vegas Event and
higher than normal after-hours emergency calls.
