Appropriated from the General Fund Reserves into The General Fund the sum of $306,820.50 to be used for the following purposes: Pass Through Funding from the state of Arkansas to provide a $5,000 stipend for eligible police officers plus the employer paid payroll taxes. . Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the Finance Director to Disburse Funs Received by the City From Act 224 of 2022 from Eligible Law Enforcement Officers of the of the Russellville Police Department and for Other Purposes. Item 2. Appropriation. Appropriated from the Reserves of the Street Fund the sum of $5,440.00 to be used for the following purposes: To fund Public Works Department Overtime Expense through the remainder of 2022. This need is due to excessive overtime expended during the March Snow Events the April Russ Vegas Event and higher than normal after-hours emergency calls.
