Balance the sum of $215,013.30 to be used for the following purposes:
Fund the 2022 Stipend for the General Fund Departments Salaries,
FICA Expense, and Non Uniform Pension with Anticipated Pay Date
of December 9th, 2022. Employee must have an active status at pay
date and be hired by 11.01.22 to qualify for Stipend.

Expense, and Non Uniform Pension with Anticipated Pay Date of
December 9th, 2022. Employee must have an active status at pay
date and be hired by 11.01.22 to qualify for Stipend.

Outstanding Debt that is owed to CMS and for Other Purposes.
