Item 1. Appropriation
Appropriated from the city General Fund 2021 Year End Carry Over
Balance the sum of $27,989.00 to be used for the following purposes:
Fund the June 1st, 2023 Stipend for the Street Fund Employees
Salaries, FICA Expense, and Non Uniform Pension with Anticipated
Pay Date of June 9th, 2023. Employee must have an active status at
pay date and be hired by 05.01.23 to qualify for Stipend. Per APERS
rules, this Stipend is being excluded from Earnings.

02-202-5181 FICA $ 1,989.00
REVISION REMOVES THE APERS PORTION OF THE EXPENSE.
Item 2. Appropriation
Appropriated $194,910 for a contingent award of a 90/10 FAA Grant in the
amount of $174,969 and matching funds from the General Fund 2022
Year End Carry Forward Balance the sum of $19,941.00 to be used for
the following purposes:
Runway remarking Project and Engineering for the Airport
Apron Improvement Project

the 1st quarter 2023 expenses in the amount of $15,000.00.
Item 5. Consideration of a Resolution to Accepting the Lowest Responsible BID
for the Schoolhouse Trails Project, Ph. 2, Job 080671; to Authorize the
Mayor and City Clerk-Treasurer to Enter Into an Agreement and Execute
Other Necessary Documents for Said Project for the City of Russellville,
Arkansas and for Other Purpose. Sponsored by Glenn Newman, City
