Appropriation A pass through from the Street Fund the sum of $41,335.98 to be used for the following purposes: Resolve Year End Line Item Budget Deficits in accordance with ordinance no: 1783 FROM: 02-202-5111 SALARIES $ 41,335.98 EXPENDITURE: 02-202-5171 WORKERS COMPENSATION $ 1,000.00 02-202-5213 VEHICLE INSURANCE $ 555.05 02-202-5215 TRAVEL/TRAINING $ 1,274.35 02-202-5411 SIGNAL MAINTENANCE $ 195.76 02-202-5412 STREET LIGHT ELECTRICITY $ 38,310.82 TOTAL $ 41,335.98 Item 2. Appropriation A pass through from the city General Fund the sum of $222,499.69 to be used for the following purposes: Line item Transfer between various accounts with in department budget to correct year-end negative balances in personnel related accounts for the following departments: Departments: Administrative Mayor Airport Information Technology Aquatic Center Parks and Recreation Fire Department Police Department Planning & Development There is sufficient budget within each of the departments to cover the Shortage in the various accounts. This is for authorization of line Item transfers within the Personnel Related Expense accounts for these departments. Item 3. Appropriation Appropriated from the General Fund 2022 Carry Over Balance the sum of $10,480.92 to be used for the following purposes: Fund 2023 Budget Deficit in Overtime and Pension Non Uniformed FUND: General Fund DEPARTMENT: ANIMAL CONTROL EXPENDITURE: 01-107-5121 OVERTIME $ 9,203.86 01-107-5153 PENSION NON UNIFORMED $ 1,277.06 Item 4.
