CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING 5:00 p.m., May 24, 2016 Russellville City Hall Commissioners: City/Department Representatives: Toni Bachman, Chairman, Present Trey Smith, City Attorney, Present Bert Fleck, Absent Jeff Humphrey, Police Chief, Present Garrie Kellam, Present Kirk Slone, Interim Fire Chief, Present Jim Campbell, Present Carey James, Police Captain, Present Phillip Lea, Present Meeting Minutes Chairman Toni Bachman called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. The Commission reviewed the minutes of the April meeting. Garrie Kellam made a motion that the minutes be approved. Phillip Lea seconded the motion and the minutes were approved. OLD BUSINESS Police  Chief Humphreys announced the recent Police Department promotions: Carey James, Captain Glenn Daniel, Lieutenant Mark Frost, Sergeant Fire Department  Kirk Slone was introduced as interim Fire Chief. NEW BUSINESS Civil Service Commission  None. Police Department  Chief Humphreys discussed top three applicants on the entry-level roster. Fire Department  None. At 6:00 motion was made to adjourn. Motion was seconded and the meeting was dismissed.
