Bert Fleck made a motion that the minutes be approved. Toni Bachman seconded the motion and the minutes were approved. Chairman Report – Police and Fire applicant test were reviewed. Scores are a confidential matter and will be sent to Phillip and Bert. Police Department Report Fire Department Report OLD BUSINESS  None. NEW BUSINESS Police  Chief Humphrey presented a proposal for an alternate testing company. He also discussed concerns regarding the current civil service process, recruiting, turnover, and department moral. At approximately 6:04 p.m. the meeting adjourned.
