CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING 4:30 p.m., November 24, 2020 Virtual meeting via google meets, Russellville Commissioners: City/Department Representatives: Phillip Lea, Chairman Present Trey Smith, City Attorney Present Toni Bachman, Present David Ewing, Police Chief Absent Ruben Camacho, Absent Kirk Slone, Fire Chief Absent Bert Fleck, Absent Brent Hamm, Battalion Chief Absent Jim Horton, Present Tanessa Vaughn, Human Resources Present Mark Lykins, Present Phyllis Carruth, City Council Liaison Absent Ray Watkins, Absent Eric Ezell, Captain, Present Meeting Minutes Chairman Phillip Lea called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Minutes Reviewed -- The Commission reviewed the minutes of the October 27, 2020 meeting. Motion to approve the minutes as presented was made and seconded. The minutes were approved. OLD BUSINESS  Proposed changes to Russellville Civil Service Commission Rules and Regulations were read for the second time. NEW BUSINESS Police Dept.  The Commission agreed to support police new hire testing on January 30, 2021. Fire Dept.  None. At approximately 4:45 p.m. the meeting adjourned.
