Meeting Minutes
Chairman Phillip Lea called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Minutes Reviewed -- The Commission reviewed the minutes of the November 24, 2020 meeting. Lykins
made motion to approve the minutes as presented and Bachman seconded the motion. The
Commission approved the minutes.
OLD BUSINESS
Changes to Russellville Civil Service Commission Rules and Regulations, as proposed at October
27, 2020 meeting, were read for the third time.
Bachman made motion to adopt Russellville Civil Service Commission Rules and Camacho
seconded the motion. The Commission adopted the amended Rules and Regulations.
NEW BUSINESS
Police Dept.
The Commission discussed arrangements for police new hire testing on January 30, 2021.
Fire Dept.
None.
At 5:10 p.m. the meeting adjourned.
