RUSSELLVILLE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MINUTES July 27, 2021, 5:00 p.m., Central Fire Station, Russellville and Online via Google Meets Commissioners: City/Department Representatives: Phillip Lea, Chairman Present Trey Smith, City Attorney, Present Toni Bachman, Present David Ewing, Police Chief, Present Jon Brown, Present Kirk Slone, Fire Chief Present Ruben Camacho, Absent Brent Moix, Battalion Chief, Present Bert Fleck, Present Tanessa Vaughn, Human Resources Present Mark Lykins, Present Meeting Minutes Chairman Lea called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Minutes Reviewed -- The Commission reviewed the minutes for May 25 and June 4, 2021. Fleck moved and Lykins seconded the motion to approve the minutes as presented. The Commission approved the minutes. OLD BUSINESS  None NEW BUSINESS  The dates September 18 and 25 were agreed upon for Police and Fire new-hire testing. Fire  Arrangements were made for observing Battalion Chief Assessment on August 25. At 5:19 p.m. the meeting adjourned.
