BUSINESS Police Department –  Consider proposal of a certified officer for employment.  Consider the addition of Appendix 7.0 to Rules and Regulations for “Police Department Entry-Level Physical Agility Test Layout”. Fire Department –  Second reading of the change to “Fire Department Promotion Requirements”, Appendix 2.0 of Civil Service Commission Rules and Regulations. This change, 1) affects all Fire Department positions except Assistant Chief, 2) better details current practice and, 3) includes additional extra credit points for the possession of an EMT certificate.
