Agenda:  Review of a COA addressing graffiti on the common wall of the building at 203 N. Commerce (Luke Duffield-owner) and the rear wall of 308 West "B" Street (Kurt Jones-owner) by Jimmy Streett on behalf of the owners. This project was previously addressed by Hannah Ratzlaff, Exterior Design Consultant of the AHPP, in July of 2021.  Election of Officers  Discussion of graffiti treatment that can be approved by staff. Unfinished Business:  Revised letter to property owners and business owners.  Finalize revisions to brochure for owners and renters.  Report on Latimore Tourist Home Phase I progress.  Ice cream social.
