Agenda:  Vote on revised letter to stakeholders.  Discuss and possible vote on revised brochure.  Staff requests that signage, recovering of awnings and graffiti on stucco walls and already painted structures be staff approval items with staff providing a consent agenda to the commission at the next meeting.
