REVISED TOWN OF SAHUARITA ARIZONA PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT SYSTEM (PSPRS) SAHUARITA LOCAL POLICE BOARD November 1, 2021 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the public that the Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) Sahuarita Local Police Board will hold a meeting and possible executive session(s) at the date and time specified below at the Sahuarita Town Hall, Executive Conference Room, second floor, 375 West Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, Arizona. Discussion and possible action to use the legal firm of Bosse Rollman P.C., or Goering, Roberts, Rubin, Brogna, Enos & Treadwell-Rubin, P.C. as Independent Counsel to Sahuarita Local Police Board #174, on an as-needed and at-will basis. 7. Discussion and possible action to accept new members, Javier Brito, Emerick Martinez, and Jason Mueller, into the PSPRS, and determine whether they have pre-existing medical conditions; and the Local Board might vote to convene in executive [closed] session, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(2) to review and discuss confidential medical records. 8.
