TOWN OF SAHUARITA ARIZONA PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT SYSTEM (PSPRS) SAHUARITA LOCAL POLICE BOARD July 13, 2022 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the public that the Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) Sahuarita Local Police Board will hold a meeting and possible executive session(s) at the date and time specified below at the Sahuarita Town Hall, Executive Conference Room, second floor, 375 West Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, Arizona. Members of the PSPRS Local Board will attend either in person or by telephone or electronic conference call. The order of the agenda may be altered or changed by order of the Board. Discussion regarding the Local Board’s responsibility and authority with respect to pre-existing medical conditions and discussion and possible action regarding the use of a new Pre-Hire Physical Medical Examination form; and the Local Board might vote to convene in executive [closed] session, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(3), for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the Local Board Attorney. 5. Discussion and possible action to accept members into the PSPRS, and determine whether they have pre-existing medical conditions; and the Local Board might vote to convene in executive [closed] session, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(2) to review and discuss confidential medical records: a. Christian Perez, Date of Hire 05/02/2022, with a Tier 2 date of 07/06/2015. b. Dakota Vu, Date of Hire 01/18/2022, with a Tier 3 date of 04/18/2022. 6. Discussion and possible action regarding the hire of PSPRS retiree Manuel Amado on November 8, 2021, and determine if compliant with A.R.S. § 38-849 (H), and § 38-843.05. 7. Acknowledgement and discussion regarding the PSPRS Sahuarita Actuarial Valuation as of June 30, 2021. 8. Annual review of Disability Retirement recipients, pursuant to A.R.S. §38-844 (E) and (F). 9.
