REVISED Town Council Meeting Agenda Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the public that the Sahuarita Town Council will hold a meeting at the date and time specified below at the Sahuarita Town Hall Council Chambers, 375 West Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, Arizona. Members of the Town of Sahuarita Council will attend either in person or by telephone conference call. To better serve our community, the Council Chambers is wheelchair accessible. Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by contacting the Town Clerk’s Office at 520-822-8801. Invocation The Invocation will be given by Pastor John Leonard from Cornerstone Baptist Church. Our invocations are provided by volunteers, and presenters will be accepted and welcomed regardless of religious affiliation. Interested parties may contact the Town Clerk. 3. Presentation of the American Public Works Association Award for the Pima Mine Road Bridge Replacement Project. 6. Approval of Agenda Action recommended: approve the meeting agenda. 7. Call to the Public At this time, any member of the public is invited to address the Town Council on any issue which is on tonight’s Consent Agenda or on any issue which the Town Council can lawfully act upon at a future meeting. Written comments regarding any item on the agenda or on any issue which the Town Council can lawfully act upon may be submitted prior to the beginning of the council meeting for distribution to the Town Council. Pursuant to the Arizona Open Meeting Laws, the Council may not discuss the items, but individual members of the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Council, may ask staff to review the matter, or may ask that the matter be placed on a future agenda. 8. Approval of the March 27, 2017 Regular Meeting and Study Session Minutes. B. Approval of Amendment No. Two (2) to Contract No. 150072 with Enterprise FM Trust for fleet leasing and management services from April 14, 2017 through April 13, 2018 at an annual cost not-to-exceed $170,000. C. Approval of Amendment No. One (1) to Contract No. 160002, Jorgensen Healthcare Associates, DBA Jorgensen Brooks Group, for the Employee Assistance Program in an amount not-to-exceed $20,000 for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019. D. Approval of Amendments No. One (1) to Contract Nos. 170006, Gordley Design Group, Inc., dba Gordley Group; 170007, Kaneen Advertising and Public Relations, Inc.; and 170008, Strongpoint, L.L.C. for public relations services, extending the contracts for one year, beginning July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018, in a cumulative amount not-to- exceed $60,000. E. Approve the purchase of equipment and services from CIARA Technologies in an amount not-to-exceed $38,888.90 for the purpose of acquiring, provisioning and installing a storage area network (SAN) for the Town. F. Approve the purchase of equipment and services from Insight Public Sector, Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed $37,000 for the purpose of upgrading the audio/visual components and training on said components in the Saguaro Conference Room. G. Appointment of the Honorable Laine Sklar as judge pro tempore for the Sahuarita Municipal Court. 9. Adoption of Ordinance No. 2017-119, amending Title 2 (Administration and Personnel) of the Sahuarita Town Code by adding Chapter 2.60 (Settlement Authority) for the purpose of delegating limited settlement authority to the Town Manager, and repealing all Resolutions, Ordinances, and Rules of the Town of Sahuarita in conflict therewith. Action recommended: approve the ordinance. 10. Discussion and approval of Contract No. 170049 with Taser International for the purchase of body worn cameras and storage services, beginning May 1, 2017 and ending April 30, 2022 in an amount not-to exceed $214,659.29.
