Town Council Meeting Agenda Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the public that the Sahuarita Town Council will hold a meeting at the date and time specified below at the Sahuarita Council Chambers, 375 West Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, AZ. Members of the Town of Sahuarita Council will attend either in person or by telephone conference call. To better serve our community, the Sahuarita Council Chambers is wheelchair accessible. Written comments regarding any item on the agenda or on any issue which the Town Council can lawfully act upon may be submitted prior to the beginning of the council meeting for distribution to the Town Council. Pursuant to the Arizona Open Meeting Laws, the Council may not discuss the items, but individual members of the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Council, may ask staff to review the matter, or may ask that the matter be placed on a future agenda. 8. Approval of the October 14, 2019 Meeting Minutes and October 15 and 16, 2019 Strategic Planning Retreat Meeting Minutes. B. Approval of the 2020 Town Council Meeting Schedule. C. Approval of Tohono O’odham Nation grant award in the amount of $40,950.00 to fund the engineering design of a 1.1 mile multi-use trail to connect Rancho Sahuarita Boulevard and the Desert Diamond Casino and authorization to amend the Grants & Restricted Sources Fund budget, increasing grant revenues and Public Works Engineering expenditures by $40,950.00. 10. Presentation, discussion and adoption of Resolution 2019-0611, (1) providing for the sale and execution and delivery pursuant to a series 2019 Wastewater System Revenue Trust Agreement of wastewater system revenue refunding obligations, in one or more series evidencing proportionate interests of the owners thereof in installment payments of the purchase price to be paid by the Town of Sahuarita, Arizona, pursuant to a series 2019 Wastewater System Revenue Purchase Agreement to refinance costs of certain improvements to the wastewater system of the Town; (2) authorizing the completion, execution and delivery with respect thereto of agreements necessary or appropriate as part of refinancing such costs of such improvements to the wastewater system of the town and paying related financing costs; (3) delegating to the Mayor, the Town Manager and the Finance Director certain authority with respect to the purposes hereof; (4) authorizing the Finance Director to expend all necessary funds therefor and (5) authorizing the authorized representatives to take all other actions necessary for the consummation of the transaction contemplated by this resolution and declaring an emergency.
