City of Salem – Board of Assessors Minutes Thursday, January 21, 2016 Meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. In attendance were Assessors: Robert Millerick, Rich Jagolta Jr., Damian Johnson and Deborah Jackson. 1. Minutes of the Previous Meeting The minutes from the previous meeting were approved and signed by Chairman, Richard Jagolta 2. General Business The Board discussed 2016 Abatement Applications Signing of Assessment Notices Signing of a Warrant for outstanding taxes due 3. New Business The Board voted to approve the following requests for abatement of FY2016 Real Estate and Personal Property tax under the provisions outlined in Chapter 59, Section 59.
