City of Salem Regular Meeting Thursday February 4, 2016 The Meeting opened at 6:00 P.M. with Chairman Richard W. Jagolta, Jr., Robert Millerick, Deborah Jackson and James Bond present. Richard Jagolta, Jr. was re-appointed to serve on the Board of Assessors by Mayor Kimberly Driscoll. The appointment was confirmed by the City Council on January 28, 2016, with a term to expire February/1/2019. The following requests for abatement of FY 2016 Real Estate and Personal Property taxes were submitted to the Board under provisions outlined in Chapter 59, Section 59 and were subsequently voted on and approved.
