City of Salem – Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes Monday, April 5, 2021 A meeting of the Board of Assessors was held on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. Via remote participation using ZOOM in accordance with Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Governor Baker’s Emergency Order dated March 12, 2020. Present on call were Tina Zelano, Richard Jagolta, Robert Millerick, Stephen Cortes, James Bond and Deborah Jackson. The Board voted to deny the following requests for Abatement FY2021 Real Estate Tax under the Provisions outlined in Chapter 59, Section 59.
