CITY OF SALEM BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES - SPECIAL MEETING August 2, 2018 MEMBERS PRESENT: Paul Kirby, Chair, Dr. Jeremy Schiller, Kerry Murphy, Geraldine Yuhas OTHERS PRESENT: Larry Ramdin, Health Agent, Elizabeth Gagakis, Senior Sanitarian, Maureen Davis, Clerk of the Board TOPIC DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Call to Order 7:31pm 2. Appointment of Acting Health K. Murphy moved that we appoint Elizabeth Gagakis, Senior Agent Sanitarian, to carry out the duties of Health Agent in the interim until a permanent Health Agent is appointed and assumes duties in the City of Salem per our authority under MGL Chapter 111 section(s) 27, 30. G. Yuhas 2nd. All in favor. Motion passed. 3. MEETING ADJOURNED: K. Murphy motioned to adjourn the meeting. G. Yuhas 2nd. All in favor.
