Draft of Minutes of the Board of Trustees Special Meeting of March 8, 2016 Salem, Massachusetts March 8, 2016 A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was held this date at 5:14 pm at the Library with Trustees Merry, Salerno, Yale, and Mayor Kimberley Driscoll present and presiding. Ms. Mansfield was present. Trustees Buckley, Little, and Schild were absent. VOTED: To fund up to $30,000 to meet the gap in funding for the Brownstone & Brickwork project. MOVED: Trustee Yale SECONDED: Trustee Merry UNAMIOUS Meeting adjourned at 5:21 pm.
