Draft of Minutes of Board of Trustees Meeting of January 24, 2019 Salem, Massachusetts January 24, 2019 A meeting of the Board of Trustees was held this date at 4:00pm at the Library with Trustees Buckley, Merry, and Salerno present. Miss Mansfield was present. Mayor Driscoll, Trustee Schild, and Trustee Yale were absent. Due to the lack of quorum, the meeting was canceled. All current agenda items will be moved to the February 14, 2019 meeting agenda.
