Board of Trust Fund Commissioners

Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds Minutes of the January 12, 2107 Meeting Present: Mayor Driscoll, William P. Goreham, Thaddeus Buczko Sumner Jones, Richard Lobsitz Beth Rennard, City Solicitor joined the meeting to review questions the Board members had about fund distributions. She will research the information and get back to the Board. The Council on Aging submitted a request for medication expense reimbursement for one Salem resident. Sumner Jones made a motion to pay $85.42 from the Endicott Fund for this request. The motion was seconded by Richard Lobsitz and voted unanimously. The Council on Aging submitted a request on behalf of a Salem resident for dentures. Thaddeus Buczko made a motion to approve $900.00 from the Endicott Fund for this request. The motion was seconded by Richard Lobsitz and voted unanimously. Richard Lobsitz made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 8, 2016 meeting. The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously. The Friends of Greenlawn submitted a donation for deposit, $100.00, for the Dickson Chapel Fund. The check will be forwarded to the Eastern Bank for deposit on the Dickson Chapel line. The Friends of Greenlawn also submitted a request for a print out of all expenses and deposits for the Dickson Chapel over the last seven years. This request will be forwarded to the Eastern Bank Advisors so that a report can be run on that Fund. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:05 P.M.
