Board of Commissioners or Trust Funds Minutes of the April 13, 2017 Meeting Present: Mayor Driscoll, William P. Goreham, Thaddeus Buczko and Richard Lobsitz Mayor Driscoll called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M. Sean McCrea from the Department of Open Space attended the meeting. He was interested in discussing the Cemetery Funds, how to access the funds and learning of any restrictions of their use. The information was reviewed by the Board. Thaddeus Buczko made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 9, 2017 meeting. The motion was seconded by Richard Lobsitz and voted unanimously. There will be a change in the regular schedule for the May meeting. It will be moved to the fourth Thursday, May 25, 2017. Fiscal Year 2018 Large Grant letters will be sent to applicants to indicate the date that each group’s proposal will be presented. Proposals are reviewed at the May, June and July meetings. The Board received a thank you note from the St. Vincent de Paul Society for the Large Grant support for this year. A check was received from Judith Coughlin for the Bookholtz Fund for $4,942.46. Additional checks were sent to the Board’s Post Office Box for $415.00. All funds will be deposited in the Eastern Bank under the Bookholtz Fund line item.
