Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds
Minutes of the November 8, 2018 Meeting
Present: Mayor Driscoll, William P. Goreham, Thaddeus Buczko
and Richard Lobsitz
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Driscoll at 5:30 PM in the Mayor’s Office,
City Hall.
The Council on Aging submitted four requests for medication expense reimbursement.
Richard Lobsitz made a motion to approve $471.86 from the Endicott Fund for the
expenses. The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously.
A statement was received from the Post Office for our rental fee. Thaddeus Buczko
made a motion to pay $166.00 for one year’s rental expense from the Administration
Fund. The motion was seconded by Richard Lobsitz and voted unanimously.
The Cemetery Commission request $55,000.00 from their Perpetual Care Fund. The
check was sent and will be deposited into the City of Salem’s Perpetual Care Income
Account 83021-482540.
Three Large Grant thank you letters were received from Plummer Youth Promise, LEAP
for Education and Children’s Friend and Family Services.
Bill Goreham reviewed and distributed the First Quarter Report ending September 30,
2018.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:00 PM.
The next meeting is scheduled for December 13, 2018.
