Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds Minutes of the January 10, 2019 Meeting Present: Mayor Driscoll, William P. Goreham, Thaddeus Buczko, Sumner Jones and Richard Lobsitz The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M. in the Mayor’s Office, City Hall. The Council on Aging submitted four requests for Salem residents to assist them with their medication expense reimbursement. Sumner Jones made a motion to approve $604.78 from the Endicott Fund for these expenses. The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously. Thaddeus Buczko made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 12, 2018 meeting. The motion was seconded by Sumner Jones and voted unanimously. A notice of a class action against the Wells Fargo Bank was received by the Board. Sumner Jones will review this information with the Eastern Bank Investment Advisors and submit a claim if necessary. The members agreed to cancel the February 14, 2019 meeting. The Eastern Bank Investment Advisors have been invited to the March 14, 2019 meeting to discuss the current funds and investments.
