There was discussion on enforcement and notice regarding the changes. Order #130 Revised language from Assistant City Solicitor Jesse Dole was reviewed. Order #191 Rotondo summarized the proposed changes that would seasonally restrict parking during the day while still allowing neighbors to park overnight. The motion to recommend acceptance of the order with the expectation that a redline version be submitted to the full Council before the final vote was made and seconded. A vote was taken, and the motion passed (3-0). Order#194 Williams gave an overview of the history as well as a recent court decision regarding the proposed changes. There was some discussion on the possibility of added language regarding signs. The meeting adjourned at 7 :40pm.
