Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds Minutes of the December 12, 2019 Meeting Present: Mayor Driscoll, William P. Goreham, Thaddeus Buczko Sumner Jones and Richard Lobsitz The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM in the Mayor’s Office, City Hall. The Council on Aging submitted two requests for medication expenses reimbursement. Richard Lobsitz made a motion to approve $132.40 from the Endicott Fund for the expenses. The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously. The Board received a check from the City of Salem for cemetery plots. The check will be deposited at the Eastern Bank in the Perpetual Care Account. (Check # 00340350 – 11/14/19 - $2,100.00) Sumner Jones made a motion to approve the minutes of the November 14, 2019. The motion was seconded by William P. Goreham and voted unanimously. The Eastern Bank Wealth Mgt. requested a Certificate of Procedures for the checking account. The Clerk will forward the information to the bank. The Board discussed a business plan for the next six months and agreed on the following meeting dates and times: January 2020 - No Meeting February 2020 - No Meeting March 19, 2020 – Regular Meeting - Eastern Bank Wealth Advisors/Mayor’s Office April 16, 2020 – Regular Meeting – Hear Large Grant Proposals for FY21/Mayor’s Office May 14, 2020 – Regular Meeting – Hear Large Grant Proposals for FY21/Mayor’s Office June 11, 2020 – Regular Meeting – Mayor’s Office At this time the remainder of the year will be as follows: July 9, 2020 August 13, 2020 September 10, 2020 October – No Meeting November 12, 2020 December 10, 2020 *All regular meetings are held on Thursdays at 5:30 PM in the Mayor’s Office, City Hall Salem.
