Board of Trust Fund Commissioners

Meeting date: Thursday, July 8, 2021 Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds Minutes of the July 8, 2021 Meeting Present: William P. Goreham, Sumner Jones and Richard Lobsitz The meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM at the office of William P. Goreham, CPA. There were no requests from the Council on Aging this month. Richard Lobsitz made a motion to approve the minutes of the June 10, 2021 meeting. The motion was seconded by Sumner Jones and voted unanimously. The Mayor signed off on all the large grants for Fiscal Year 2022. The Eastern Bank sent a general memo regarding investment portfolios and growth income. The Boare reviewed the information. A thank you note was received from Miya Whitfield for the scholarship award. There are several members that will not be available for the August 12th or the Sept. 9th meeting so it was agreed that the next meeting will moved to Sept. 23rd at 4:00 PM at the office of William P. Goreham. When the fourth quarter report from the Eastern Bank arrives, the Clerk will forward the interest earned money from the Nichols and Read Library funds to the Library.
