MINUTES OF THE CEMETERY COMMISSION SITE VISIT
April 28, 2021
A site visit at Charter Street Cemetery of the Salem Cemetery Commission was held on April 28,
2021 at 6:00 p.m. Present at the site were: Chair Beth Gerard, Members: Patricia Donahue, Jen
Ratliff, Anthony O’Donnell and Robert LeBlanc, Cemetery Superintendent.
The Cemetery Commission met at 6:00 p.m. and were joined by approximately (15) other people
who were mostly local tour guides. The Members walked the new stone dust path, asked a
couple of questions about the direction of flow for the site seeing public to Elizabeth Peterson
and then the walk ended when it started to rain at approximately 7:15 p.m.

Although not a public hearing, you are hereby notified that the Salem Cemetery Commission
will conduct a site visit for:
Project: Charter Street Cemetery Re-opening
Location: Charter Street Cemetery, Assessors Map lot 35-0264
The site visit will begin at the entrance to the cemetery at Liberty St.
Date: Wednesday, April 28, 2021
Time: 6:00 p.m.
