Section 46-36 is hereby amended by adding the following sentence as a new paragraph at the end of the existing two paragraphs: “Bills for water charges may, at the owner or watertaker’s option, be billed via electronic billing.” Chapter 46 Article III, Division 4, Assessments, Section 46-232 – Payment of sewer use charges.
