The City Council Committee on Public Health, Safety & Environment co-posted with the Committee of the Whole will meet in the City Council Chamber on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of discussing the need for a city-wide tree census and ongoing maintenance and long-term replacement plan for trees on any city-owned property, including but not limited to all Salem Public School Properties, all Park & Recreation facilities, all cemeteries and any other public space.
