April 18, 2018 MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA CITY OF SALEM AD-HOC COMMITTEE TO REVIEW ZONING ORDINANCE BOOK RELATIVE TO SEC. 4.1.1, SEC. 10.0 & SEC. 3.0 A meeting of the City Council Ad-Hoc Committee to Review the Zoning Ordinance Book Relative to Sec. 4.1.1 - Table of Dimensional Requirement, Sec. 10.0 - Definitions of the Salem Zoning Ordinance & Sec. 3.0 - Table of Principal and Accessory Use Regulations will be held in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 93 Washington Street, 2nd Floor on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. for the purpose of reviewing the sections listed above as they exist and the zoning amendments submitted. The committee may also review any past errors to the Salem Zoning Code of Ordinances. If necessary, meetings have been scheduled for Tuesday, April 24, 2018 and Wednesday, April 25, 2018 in the Council Chambers at 6:00 P.M. to continue discussing the matters listed above. “Know Your Rights Under the Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c. 30A ss. 18-25, and City Ordinance Sections 2-2028 through 2-2033.” ATTEST: ILENE SIMONS CITY CLERK
