The City Council Committee on Community and Economic Development co-posted with the Committee of the Whole will meet in the City Council Chamber on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of discussing the expansion of the HDIP Zone to include additional parcels and to also discuss the HDIP Zone Amendment Proposal.
