The City Council Committee on Community and Economic Development co- posted with the Committee of the Whole will meet in the City Council Chambers on Monday, April 22, 2019 at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of meeting with Ipswich River Watershed Association to discuss their net zero water use policy and any other water use policy that may affect the City of Salem.
