NOVEMBER 14, 2019 380 SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL A Special Meeting of the City Council was held in City Council Chambers on November 14, 2019 at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of taking action on the following order. ORDERED: That the City Council’s Thursday, December 12, 2019 regular scheduled meeting at 7:00 P.M. be changed to Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. and that all matters regarding setting the tax rate also be taken up at this regular meeting. Notice of this meeting was posted on November 12, 2019 at 8:03 A.M. Councillors Gerard, Milo, Madore and Furey were recorded as absent. Council President Stephen Dibble presided. #663 – AMENDING THE DATE OF THE CITY COUNCIL’S DECEMBER MEETING The following Order introduced by Councillor McCarthy was adopted. ORDERED: That the City Council’s Thursday, December 12, 2019 regular scheduled meeting at 7:00 P.M. be changed to Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. and that the all matters regarding setting the tax rate also be taken up at this regular meeting.
