City of Salem, Massachusetts Office of the City Clerk Ilene Simons City Clerk March 16, 2020 CANCELLATION NOTICE Due to the ongoing developments with COVID-19 the City has decided to close all public buildings the following meeting has been cancelled: THE CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT CO-POSTED WITH THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2020 AT 7:30 P.M. HAS BEEN CANCELLED. The following matters scheduled for that evening were: 1. Discussing a petition submitted by Steve Kapantais to address the City’s Compliance to ADA Law and recently released transition report plan; and 2. Meet with the CIU Unite for a presentation. The new meeting date has not been determined yet.
