Councilor Morsillo reads the following statement: "Unfortunately, we need to reschedule this meeting of the Committee on Ordinances, Licenses, and Legal Affairs to next Wednesday June 23 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held in-person in City Council Chambers. The cancelation of tonight's meeting is due to a conflict in our City Code vs. the new State Law, Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, which was signed by Governor Baker yesterday. There needs to be some action by the City Council to determine whether meetings will continue to be held remotely, which will require a regular City Council meeting. Once again, we are rescheduling this meeting of OLLA to next Wednesday June 23 at 7:00 PM, and I apologize for any inconvenience." Beth Rennard states that the meeting will be reposted with information required under the Open Meeting Law Councilor Morsillo ended the meeting at 6:03 P.M. (Chairperson)
