This meeting shall be held as a hybrid meeting. Councillors shall meet in person while members of the public shall participate remotely in accordance with Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, and as amended by Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2022. The sub-committee meetings are held to take action for the purpose of making recommendations to the full council. Individuals may participate in person or remotely in the meeting via a remote participation platform called Zoom.
