MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA
The City Council Committee on Administration and Finance co-posted with the
Committee of the Whole will meet in person on Wednesday January 21, 2026, at 6:00
PM for the purpose of discussing an Appropriation of BOND ORDERED: That the City
hereby appropriates the amount of ($447,385,518) for the purpose of paying costs of
constructing a new High School located at 77 Willson Street in Salem, Massachusetts,
The Special Election Order for the Municipal Election to be held on May 5, 2026
includes the Ballot Question Language, Appropriation in the amount of $29,540.00 for
additional salaries needed to pay poll workers and staff overtime.
This meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers. 93 Washington St., Salem, MA,
2nd Floor.
