NOTICE AND AGENDA FOR THE SPECIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 29th, 2025 9:00 a.m. Notice is hereby given in accordance with MGL chapter 30 A, section 20 that the January 2025 special meeting and executive session of the commissioners of the Salem Housing Authority will be held virtually on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 9 AM. The public is invited to listen to the meeting via phone, computer, laptop or tablet. It is anticipated by the chair that the matters outlined in the agenda below will be discussed as well as any other unforeseen business that may lawfully come before it. Per the Attorney General’s recommendation, the Board of Commissioners will conduct a review of the meetings held on: January 13, 2021 Executive Session Purpose 2: To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel. Purpose 3: To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
