Salem Parks and Recreation Commission Amended Minutes of Meeting Date and Time: Thursday, May 27, 2021, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. Meeting Location: Via Zoom Members Present: Debbie Amaral, James Shea, Bob Callahan, Amy Everitt Also Present: Patricia O’Brien Clerk: Kathleen Fitzgerald Pursuant to a Motion made at the May 27, 2021 Special Meeting, the April 20, 2021 Minutes pertaining to 2021 rates for the Winter Island Function Hall and Pavilion are amended as follows: Winter Island Function Hall May-September (In Season) Salem Resident Saturday and Sunday $400.00 (6 hours) Monday – Friday $350.00 (6 hours) Non-Resident Saturday and Sunday $500.00 (6 hours) Monday – Friday $475.00 (6 hours) October-April (Off Season) Salem Resident Saturday and Sunday $350.00 (6 hours) Monday – Friday $300.00 (6 hours) Non-Resident Saturday and Sunday $475.00 (6 hours) Monday – Friday $450.00 (6 hours) -1- Pavilion May – October Salem Resident Saturday and Sunday $500.00 (9:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M.)
