CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER, CITY HALL, 93 WASHINGTON STREET, SECOND FLOOR “Know Your Rights Under the Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c.39 §23B, and City Ordinance Sections 2-2028 through 2-2033.” May 12, 2017 To: Salem Board of Registrar There will be a “Preliminary Hearing Conference” of the Board of Registrars for the purpose of adopting rules and or regulations to take up Objections filed with the City Clerk relative to the Petitions submitted for protesting against an Ordinance Relative to Providing City Services Regardless of Immigration Status and the formation of an Inclusionary Advisory Committee.
