September 19, 2018 CITY OF SALEM BOARD OF REGISTRAR OF VOTERS MEETING NOTICE/AGENDA “Know Your Rights Under the Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c. 30A ss. 18-25, and City Ordinance Sections 2-2028 through 2-2033.” TO: The Salem Board of Registrars There will be a meeting of the Board of Registrars on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council Chamber, 93 Washington Street, second floor, for the purpose of discussing the following: • Demonstration by a representative of LHS Associates of E-Poll Pads for check-in process during Early Voting • Discussion & Approval of the remote voting locations and times for Early Voting and press release • Roles and responsibilities of the Board including voter registration sessions, voter education, last day to register to vote and on election day • Discussing the availability of bi-lingual translators for each polling location ATTEST: ILENE SIMONS CITY CLERK BOARD OF REGISTRARS
