Bentley Academy  Innovation  Planning  Committee  Meeting   Bentley  Academy  Charter  School   25  Memorial  Drive,  Salem,  MA       Minutes  of  the  IPC  Meeting  Thursday,  11/21/2019,  5:30  pm.  In  the  School  Library     Members  in  Attendance:  Jenna  Cripps  (Lead  Applicant),  Kelly  Alvarez  (Parent,  via  phone),  Kelly  Feurt   (Teacher),  Jennifer  Lima  (Teacher),  Elizabeth  Ryan  (Para),  Susan  Low  (Parent,  via  phone),  Alyce  Davis   (Community  Member)     Members  Absent:  Sean  McCarthy  (Principal),  Laura  Towey  (Teacher),  Amanda  Campbell  (School   Committee  representative);  Rebecca  Westlake  (Superintendent’s  Designee)     Others  Present:  Nicholas  DiPardo  (AFT  representative);  Eric  Blanchet  (AFT  Field  Rep)     Meeting  Minutes:     The  meeting  was  called  to  order  at  5:30  pm.  Members  discussed  ideas,  concepts,  and  proposals  relative   to  the  draft  innovation  plan  as  well  as  identifying  questions  that  needed  to  be  resolved,  specifically,  the   members  discussed  the  staffing  proposal  for  the  Y1  of  the  innovation  school.  The  members  also  spent   time  planning  for  the  following  meeting  where  more  members  would  be  present.       The  meeting  was  adjourned  at  7:15  pm.
