Member/s Absent: None
Others In Attendance: Superintendent Zrike, Assistant Superintendent Pauley, Director of
Human Resources Jill Conrad, School Committee Attorney Colby Brunt
Chair Cruz called the meeting to order at 3:06 pm.
Member Cornell made the motion to approve the regular session minutes of March 11, 2025.
Member Manning seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
Member Manning voted YES
Member Cornell voted YES
Chair Cruz voted YES
Motion passed unanimously.
Member Cornell made the motion to enter into executive session at 3:07 pm. Member Manning
seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
Member Manning voted YES
Member Cornell voted YES
Chair Cruz voted YES
Motion passed unanimously.

2. Purpose 2 - To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for collective bargaining with the
Salem Administrators Association (SAA)
