__________________________________________________________________________________________ Agenda September 15, 2016 6:00 pm 120 Washington Street, 3rd Floor Introduction – quick update on projects from Energy Manager Public Comment Mayor’s Update to the RETF – Mayor Kim Driscoll will be in attendance to update the Committee on happenings in the City as well as answer any questions or concerns the Committee might have for her. General Discussion .  Solar Installation on Schools – City has been working with Endless Energy and Footprint Power to work out details on solar arrays on Witchcraft Heights and the Bentley School. City Energy Manager will update on status and steps moving forward for installation. DOER approved $1.75 million in funding for the project. KVA Architects working with City on new roof replacement.  City Council Subcommittee Meeting on 100% Clean Energy Commitment – City Council subcommittee meeting on Public Health, Safety, and the Environment will take place on Wednesday September 21, 2016 at 6pm to discuss the Memorandum of Understanding regarding the City’s commitment to 100% clean energy initiated by the students at MassPIRG Salem State. Future Meetings  Next meeting will be held on October 20th, 2016 at 6pm.
